SPPE evidence

Evidence, with the boundaries intact.

Field history, owner-held records, and patent filings are presented separately from external problem-context research.

SPPE evidence

Customer-reported field result

A 2019 customer letter reported an approximately 83% reduction in evaporation losses at one SPPE installation.

Read with the result

This was a customer-reported result from one installation. It is not a universal performance claim, certification or guarantee. Results depend on application-specific conditions and require technical evaluation.

Patent and filing history

The invention is patented in Iran. A US provisional patent application was filed in June 2011. Canadian patent application No. 3,269,983 was filed in 2025.

The US provisional is a historical filing fact, not a statement of a current US patent right. Current Canadian status was not independently verified; no pending or granted status is claimed.

Controlled due diligence

Evidence hierarchy

  1. 1 · SPPE-specific owner-held result — application-specific and fully qualified.
  2. 2 · Patent and filing records — historical/legal facts only.
  3. 3 · External official research — problem and regulatory context, never SPPE performance.
